Planet Earth is home to a wondrous assortment of living things. Summer at Park’s Science of Life is the first step on understanding everything amazing that lives around us!
In Science of Life, campers will learn about what it means to be alive by examining a variety of traditional experimental plants and animals, designing their own experiments, conducting field research and collecting data. We will visit different habitats around the Park School campus and Larz Anderson Park and work with both preserved specimens (bones, furs, whole animals) and living creatures (including a red-eared slider turtle!). This is a hands-on experience young scientists won’t want to miss!
